LTC John Bartholomew retired from the Army in 2021 after 20 years of Active Duty service as an Aviation and Military Intelligence Officer. He received his commission as a Distinguished Military Graduate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Daytona Beach, FL). LTC Bartholomew has served in numerous leadership and staff positions throughout his career from the Platoon to Major Command level.
LTC Bartholomew’s assignments include Daytona, Beach, FL, Fort Rucker, AL, Camp Humphreys, Korea, Fort Huachuca, AZ, Fort Hood, TX, Wiesbaden, Germany, Fort Leavenworth, KS, Fort Bliss, TX, Fort Belvoir, VA, and Orlando, FL. He is a combat veteran with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and operational deployments to South America.
Education & Experience Highlights:
- Master’s in Human Relations, University of Oklahoma; Army Command and General Staff College; Army Military Intelligence Captain’s Career Course, SERE School, Army Flight School, and Airborne School.
- Army Master Aviator and Airline Transport Pilot: 4,000 fixed and rotary-wing flight hours; Airplane ratings include King Air 200, De Havilland Dash 7, Cessna Citation Ultra, and Gulfstream IV.
LTC Bartholomew resides in Winter Park, FL with his four children.
