I am the spouse of CDR Randall Fiebrandt, USCG-Retired. Throughout his active duty years, I served in various positions with the Officer Wives Clubs when available. In retirement, I have begun to attend the MOAACFC luncheons and served on the hospitality committee for the FCOC Leadership Training Seminars that are hosted here in Orlando each year.

LTC John Peters was an ROTC Distinguished Military Graduate of Clarkson College of Technology in Potsdam, NY and was commissioned in May 1978 in the Regular Army, Field Artillery. He initially served in northern Germany with the 25th Field Artillery Detachment and the 552nd Artillery Group in Critical Nuclear Duty positions.

CDR Fiebrandt is retired from the U.S. Coast Guard, following 22 years of active duty, primarily in the marine technical and safety programs, with field tours in Hampton Roads, VA and Mobile, AL, staff tours in New Orleans and Washington DC, as well as a 2-year secondment as a Lecturer at the World Maritime University, in Malmo Sweden.

John served in the Air Force and Air Force Reserve for a total of 23 years. He spent his early military years navigating the world in strategic transport. He also served in Vietnam in the Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service earning the Distinguished Flying Cross for a rescue mission that saved nine American lives.

A little about me. I joined the Army in 1970 and served for six years in the Infantry. In 1980 I was ordained a minister in the United Methodist Church and served as pastor of a small church near Pittsburgh for three years before joining the Navy. I was a Navy Chaplain for 14 years before retiring in 1998. I then served as a hospice Chaplain for ten years.

I became a widow in 2005. My husband, COL David E. Green , had his first career in the USArmy. He had a lifetime membership in MOAA that I inherited. A few months after his death, I received an invitation to the local Chapter luncheon. I joined and have been involved ever since. My duties ranged from reservationist, Secretary, to Surviving Spouse Liaison.
