Previously served as a combat veteran in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Bosnia culminating with a distinguish 27 year military career as a Colonel in the Military Police Officer.  Military and civilian background in coordinating and synchronizing staff actions in Law Enforcement Operations, Corrections along with professional experience in Anti
Terrorism and Force Protection counter measures.  Particular expertise in Law Enforcement Management, Corrections/ Detainee Operations, Force Protection, Strategic Security Planning and Training. Managed police operations while on active duty as a Provost Marshal/ Chief of Police in California, Kansas, Iraq and Afghanistan. Most notably managed the Corrections system in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Follow-on assignments with the U.S. Embassy as a civilian senior Law Enforcement Country Lead or Program Manager in Washington DC, Saudi Arabia,
Afghanistan and Iraq from 2007-2018.

Specialized Experience: Lived and worked 18+ years overseas in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia in the performance of joint security and training operations in both foreign and domestic environments. Education includes a Bachelor of Science Pre-Law at the University of Delaware; Master of Science Strategic Studies from Air War College and Master of Arts Human Resources from Oklahoma University. Particular expertise in Law Enforcement Management, Corrections/ Detainee Operations, Force Protection, Strategic Security Planning and Training. Worked
extensively as an executive leader of large U.S. Government Department of Defense program in Afghanistan valued at more than $400M; developed and sustained working relationships (political and cultural) with both Afghan Army
General Officers, Coalition, FBI, DEA, U.S. Customs, International Prisons Association, International Red Cross and foreign Police agencies.

MOAA, VFW, and AUSA Lifetime Member. Active board member of both the Fort Stewart MOAA Retiree Council and Orlando Central Florida MOAA Chapter. Currently serve as the Vice President of the Orlando Central Florida MOAA Chapter.
